Having this on will make things appear ghostly and weirdly transparent once ENB is activated. On the General page, uncheck “Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game”. Right Click on Fallout:New Vegas in your steam library list and select Properties. Set Anti-Aliasing to off (otherwise you will get weird transparency effects), and exit the launcher and return to Steam.
It will then open the F:NV launcher, telling you what quality settings it has selected for you. Click the Play button in Steam and let it install the runtimes it needs. With the release of Fallout 4 just a couple of months away, lots of people (myself included) are playing through the previous games in the franchise in anticipation.
